The 2015-16 season is here!

After three weeks of resting and enjoying the lovely British summer (ahem) the new season is here.

We will continue to play all of our club nights at Brockington College on Thursdays from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. The first of which took place on Thursday 27th August. Our home league matches will continue to be played at Rolleston Primary School on Mondays from 7.00pm and Brockington College on Thursdays from 7.30pm. A full fixture list will be available in September before the start of the league season.

We will enter 6 teams in the Leicestershire Badminton League - 2 mens, 2 mixed, 1 ladies and 1 New Hall. We will need captains for these teams so if you are interested in running a team, please let me know. At the beginning of the season (likely on Thursday 17th September 2015) we will vote to elect our captains so make sure you are here and cast your vote.

We have reduced the membership fees to make sure everyone can afford playing for us. It is now a very competitive rate for a club playing with feathers and having 4 courts at club night. I hope many of the people that visited Croakers over the summer will be joining this year as full members and enjoy playing with us. Payment of the fee will be due before the league starts so I would like to have your payment before the end of September. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
